3.3 Each product within www.Maricart.it is accompanied by an accurate and detailed description of its essential qualities; Maricart does not guarantee that the images and colors of the products correspond exactly to the real ones, as they may be modified depending on the type of monitor or internet browser used by the user.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates; before submitting the order, the user is therefore invited to make sure of the exact amount of the final sale price.
3.5 When paying by credit card, the financial information provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order (credit / debit card number, expiry date) will be

Shipping by courier
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 17:00.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.
Shipping times vary from 2 to 20 working days depending on the availability of the ordered products in stock. Further information on the methods and delivery times of the ordered products can be found in the shipping confirmation e-mail (point 2.9).
The shipping costs are variable according to the shipping class of the single product, within the Italian territory. The costs are divided into bands:
Large items € 7.00
Small items € 3.00
FREE: price already included in shipping, or upon reaching a minimum expense of 80 €
Delivery times are calculated from receipt of payment: immediate if made by credit card or Paypal.
The expected delivery times are up to 10 working days. The courier does not deliver to the floor. Any delays in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or compensation of any kind.
If the products ordered on www.Maricart.it were to be delivered abroad, the buyer could be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches

Reporting for damage or defects

Reports of damage or defects to the goods must be sent by email to info@Maricart.it quoting the order number in the subject and attaching the photos taken: we will verify your report with the images sent and we will provide you with a reply within 2 or 3 days.
Should you believe that any anomaly found could be a manufacturing defect or transport damage, you must f

The reports on the external condition of the packages must be made on the day of unloading the supply or at the latest the following morning; the reports on the integrity of the items after opening the packaging must be made within 48 hours of unloading.
The report is made by sending an email with the order number, a description of what is found and attaching the photographic documentation.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer, to make a return, must contact our Customer Service by sending an email to info@Maricart.it and notify his return intention in which the order number must be entered, the code of the product for which wants to make the return as well as the reason for the return; in the case of return of several products, a form must be completed for each of them.
ONLY THE PRODUCTS NOT MATCHING THE INITIAL ORDER WILL BE RETURNED, BY VICE OR OTHERWISE.
The desire to return the goods must be communicated within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Maricart undertakes to reimburse the Customer promptly and in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the return. N.B.
for personalized items with engraving, the return is accepted only in favor of a size change as there is no refund or exchange of the item. Maricart will send an e-mail notification
once the refund has been made. Maricart reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not conform to what was originally sent. The products must not have been
worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each product must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the product
All products must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) and without
damage or alterations; to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided. All returned products will be subjected to careful inspection and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure; only following this inspection, and in any case within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the goods package by the Customer, Maricart will communicate the acceptance of the return to the Customer via e-mail and will arrange for the refund of the price paid within 15 days .
Applicable law and dispute resolution.
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. The place of jurisdiction in the event of any disputes will be that of Prato.
INSTRUCTIONS AND ADVICE ON THE DELIVERY OF GOODS
When you receive the ordered goods from the courier, it is very important that you follow these small precautions in order to better manage any anomalies found in the items received.
UNLOADING THE SUPPLY
1. As soon as the courier arrives, check the condition of the packages carefully: if one or more packages should show obvious damage that could have compromised the integrity of the content, accept the goods by signing “with reserve” and indicating the type of anomaly found.
Before opening the package (if you have signed with reserve) take a photo of the box / carton still closed: take a photo of the package in its entirety and also a closer view of the area subject to damage / anomaly.
OPENING OF THE PACKAGING
3. Open the packages carefully, taking care not to damage the contents with cutters or similar.
4. Once opened, check the integrity of the items in all their parts: if you find defects or damage, photograph the product in its entirety or in any case the part of the product concerned first from a distance, and then closely, highlighting the
details of the type of damage. The photos must always be taken before proceeding with the eventual assembly of the products (in the case of items to be assembled). It is recommended to keep the original packaging, which must be reused for the eventual replacement of the item or the damaged part.
